Sunday morning and it's time to assemble the mighty team of cavers turned Trail running legends for a 11km? run (some were it is fair to say more enthusiastic that others ;-) )
With the team assembled, vehicle chosen and route planed, we were off! Some spectacular views, no cavers left behind and 1 pork pie consumed.
The route took in the Roman road from Newby Head and offered some unrivalled glimpses of Ingleborough and Pen-y-gent with a excellent mix of dirt, gravel and bog.
Total distance 15km (with an additional 200m up and down the road to hit that particular milestone.
